We are at Independent Liverpool Spring festival!!
We cannot tell you guys how excited we are to be taking part in the Independent Liverpool Spring Festival. The fact that it’s a “Spring” festival puts a smile on our faces- winter, goodbye for now!

So, over the past few days, we’ve been busy bees indeed, and don’t we just love the buzz (get the pun?!). Our fantastic team are using their expertise and working together to handpick a fine selection of products to offer at the food and drinks fest. Decisions, decisions!  After a few cupping sessions, we’ve decided to go with a delicious Ethiopian blend called ‘Spring Awakening’. One sip leaves you with the taste of nuts and brown sugar alongside hints of cacoa- and not to mention the crema…

Our wonderful in house baker has a “spring” in her step (ok, we’ll stop) as the fest is giving her the opportunity to bake up some show stopping cakes and sweet treats to tie in with the season. Of course, we’ll still have our signature house cakes on offer but there’s nothing as exciting as an Easter nest!

Artisan liqueur hot chocolates, loose leaf teas and freshly pressed juices will also be joining us so there’s something for all. Anyway, we better had crack on. See you at the fest x
